International & Community Service

Formed in 2004, the University Consortium Oita is comprised of Prefectural representatives, members of local business circles, and staff from universities and technical colleges around Oita Prefecture. The Consortium is involved in a range of regional support initiatives with a focus on providing accommodation support for international students, information about part time employment opportunities, health checks, livelihood support, and the formation of an international student information bank.
