International & Community Service

The Toyono-Manabi Consortium Oita was established in 2011 and consists of national, public and private universities and technical colleges throughout Oita Prefecture. Based on a credit exchange system, the Consortium aims to provide life-long learning opportunities and joint-education lectures in order to further enhance the region’s educational and cultural attributes.
