Borrowing Sound Equipment and Event Amplifier
You are required to have three or more members join a Sound Equipment Guidance session if you wish to borrow and use the sound equipment. If you are planning to use the sound equipment in the future, please make sure to attend one of the sessions ahead of time.
From the beginning, the university has lent out equipment, such as chairs and tables, to students to help support their activities. Sound equipment is also included in items that can be loaned out. Students are required to have basic knowledge and skills on its use. However, there have been some cases where some equipment has been damaged due to lack of knowledge and skills. Sometimes, these incidents affect other student events. In order to prevent these cases from happening, the university requires all student organizations to attend a guidance session.

The student organizations wishing to use it from May 1st, 2024 onwards are required to attend the guidance session. Applications for the next session are now being accepted online as below.

Once the guidance session has started, you are not able to attend the session. Please come on time.
You are not allowed to leave in the middle of the session.

Please make sure to have three or more members attend one of the sessions. If you only have two or one attendee(s) from your organization, your organization will not qualify under the new policy.

Your organization will be required to attend one session every academic year.
(Attendance will be valid: Next day of attendance ~ April 30 of the next academic year)
