International students may require interpretation during visits to Japanese medical institutions, including consultations with doctors and instructions regarding prescription medications. These needs may arise unexpectedly requiring students to be prepared in advance, therefore, international students are encouraged to enroll in this Medical Assistance Service which provides the following support 24/7/365:
- Referring students to appropriate medical institutions based on their symptoms
- Interpretation assistance and communication support with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists

Important Notice:
Students will be required to download an app, register on their phone, and pay the service charge in advance to access this service. International students are strongly encouraged to complete the registration and payment before using the service to ensure they have full coverage whenever the need arises.
Payment Details:
- Method of Payment: Credit card or cash payment at a convenience store
- Service Charge: ¥1,980 (valid for one year from the registration date)
- Transaction Fee: ¥210
