Campus events – learn about, experience and work together with different cultures.

With campus festivals, club activities and much more, APU offers students a colorful array of opportunities to experience different cultures. But these events are not just for you to watch and enjoy; students are encouraged to work together with their peers of different cultural, linguistic and national backgrounds, to organize and manage these events together.

Prime examples include events held at APU to introduce the culture, language and traditional performing arts of one of the countries or regions represented on campus.

In addition to participants from that particular country or region, students of all different nationalities get involved and take active roles in event planning and management. Bringing together students of diverse cultural backgrounds to work on the same project helps to increase the pride we take in our own culture and the respect we have for others. In addition, experiencing the food, culture, fashion, traditions, and languages of different countries also motivates us to learn more about our diverse world. The colorful array of internationally-flavored events held throughout the year at our uniquely multicultural and multilingual campus ensures that APU is always full of energy.
