What is DUCT?
DUCT is a group of APU students that through either their school activities or overseas experiences have mastered “internationality.” These students share relevant information with Japanese high school students through interactive classes and enlightening videos. They work to promote a deeper awareness of multicultural coexistence, gender issues, and being a global citizen. Through these mutual exchanges, their ultimate goal is for each high school student involved to become aware of Japan’s lack of diversity and to actively think about such problems.
