On Tuesday, December 15, NISHIGUCHI Kazuki, the president of L'Occitane Japon, gave a lecture entitled “Personal Growth and Your Career.” Speaking from his own experience, Mr. NISHIGUCHI discussed some of his failures and told the students that “failures are significant chances for growth.” He wrapped up the talk by stressing the importance of accepting your shortcomings and being honest with yourself.
In the Q & A session that followed, Mr. NISHIGUCHI responded kindly to students’ questions about marketing, beauty tips and so on.
