University life can be full of exciting moments, but it also comes with the pressure of classes, assignments, interpersonal relationships, and thinking about your future. These demands can leave you feeling stressed or worn out, sometimes without even realizing it.
If you ever feel anxious, need a quiet moment to yourself, or just want to reset, we encourage you to make use of the calming spaces available on campus.

The Calm Down Space, located inside Refresh Commons is designed for those moments when you’re feeling overwhelmed in class, drained by crowds and noise, or simply needing to be alone. It’s a peaceful spot where you can pause, breathe, and regain your sense of calm.
