At the end of the leave of absence term, students must complete the necessary procedures for reinstatement, leave of absence extension, or withdrawal. Students who do not submit the required documents by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the University.

Information for the procedure will be sent to the student’s address registered on Campusmate. The students have to download, print, fill out the documents, and send the necessary documents by postal mail. Documents sent by email will not be accepted.
