To all Circles and Clubs

Continuation guidance sessions and Subsidy guidance sessions will be held on the below schedule.
At the guidance, we will be explaining the procedure method of your applications, expected activities by university and the criterion of continuous.

【Continuation guidance sessions】
Date and time: 3th period, on Wednesday, April 9.
Venue: J102 (J Building)

【Subsidy guidance sessions】
Date and time: 4th period, on Wednesday, April 9.
Venue: J102 (J Building)

* Two members from each club/circle are required to be present.
* The Outreach and Research Office will not provide any follow up for the clubs/circles that do not attend this session (The office will not be able to answer any inquiries on the matters that will be discussed in the session for those clubs/circles).
