AY2026Re-registration for Clubs and Circles & Information Session Concerning the Subsidy System for Student Organizations

To all clubs and circles:

All clubs and circles registered with the University that intend to continue their activities -- including ones that registered for the first time in 2025 Fall Semester -- must submit applications to re-register for the 2026 academic year.

Also, Outreach and Research Office staff will explain the subsidy system for student organizations at the re-registration guidance below. Interested organizations are encouraged to attend.

Please apply after carefully reading the following information.

Re-registration Guidance & Information Session Concerning the New Subsidy System

The Outreach and Research Office will explain the re-registration process and the subsidy system for student organizations set to begin from the next academic year. There will be time for questions at the end. Attendance is not compulsory, however, the office will not reexplain the guidance contents to clubs/circles that did not attend the online session.

Application Period and Interviews

Method: Submit the designated application form on the Activity Registration System (Wawa Office). A follow-up interview may be required depending on the application content.

Application Period: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 (After the guidance) ~ Wednesday, January 7, 2026 (Submit by 10a.m.)

• Clubs/circles that need to amend their application for continuation and/or need to be interviewed will be notified by 17:30 on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
• Clubs/circles that need to amend their grant applications and/or need to be interviewed will be notified by 17:30 on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

(This notice will only be sent to clubs/circles that must revise their application or require an interview. The notice will be sent via Wawa Office.)

• Revision Period and Interviews: Until Friday, February 27, 2026.
• Notification of results: Wednesday, March 11, 2026

*Please check the application system every day starting after 17:30 on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
