【Important】 AY2026Re-registration for Clubs and Circles & Application Information for the Subsidy System for Student Organizations

To all clubs and circles:

All clubs and circles registered with the University that intend to continue their activities—including those that registered for the first time in the 2025 Fall Semester—must submit applications to re-register for the 2026 academic year. Please apply after carefully reading the following information.

1. Re-registration Application Procedures

<Application Period and Interviews>
Method: Submit the designated application form on the Activity Registration System (WaWa Office). A follow-up interview may be required depending on the application content.
Application Period: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 (after the guidance) ~ Wednesday, January 7, 2026 (Submit by 10:00 a.m.)

Notification of Re-application and Interview (for continuation applications): By 17:30 on Thursday, January 15, 2026
Notification of Re-application and Interview (for subsidy applications): By 17:30 on Thursday, January 22, 2026
(Notifications will be sent only to organizations that need to revise their application or require an interview via WaWa Office.)

Re-application and Interview Period:
• For continuation applications: Thursday, January 15, 2026 ~ Friday, February 27, 2026
• For subsidy applications: Thursday, January 22, 2026 ~ Friday, February 27, 2026

Results Announcement: Wednesday, March 11, 2026

<Application Method>
  1. Update your club/circle’s member list in the online Activity Registration System.
    "Change of registered information" → "Member list"
  2. Submit your application for continuing your club/circle activities in the online Activity Registration System.
    "Change of registered information" → "Application for Continuing Club/Circle Activities"
    For the accounting report section, if your club/circle did not have any financial activity (e.g., no membership fees collected), enter 0 in both the revenue and expenditure fields..
  3. After submitting your application, if the contents are insufficient, your application status will be shown as “dismissed” on the system.
    Please check the application system every day starting after 17:30 on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
    • If your application is dismissed, check the comment section at the bottom of the application screen and revise your application accordingly.
    • When resubmitting, click the “Application status” icon at the top of the screen and select “Takeover application” on the left. This will load your previous application so you can edit and resubmit it.

  • No applications will be accepted after the deadline for any reason. Clubs and circles that do not apply by the deadline will be regarded as discontinuing their activities for AY2026.
  • Filling out the application takes time and requires information from other members. You can save drafts, so start early.
  • If you do not update your member list, new members will not be able to borrow keys for facilities or equipment, and your organization will not receive important notices.
  • If any false information or discrepancies are found, your organization may not be permitted to continue.
  • Organizations that fail the re-registration screening may reapply as a new organization in April, but the screening will be strict..
2. Extracurricular Activity Support Subsidies for Clubs & Circles
A subsidy system to support club and circle activities will be introduced from AY2026. Please click here for the subsidy application guidelines. Please read the application guidelines carefully before applying.
