2. Reissuance of Student ID card/ Name change

Lost, Damaged or Stained Student ID
- If your student ID is lost, damaged, or stained and needs to be reissued, please visit the Student Office to complete the necessary procedures. Your new card will be issued two business days after submitting your application. A reissue fee of ¥2,000 applies.
Updating your Name or Photo
- If your name has changed, your student ID may be reissued free of charge. Please bring a copy of an official document (e.g., passport or certificate of residence) to the Student Office.
- If you wish to update the photo on your student ID, please bring a new ID-style photo to the Student Office. A reissue fee of ¥2,000 applies.
