Various information required for student life
The information below will be needed after enrollment so please read before attending the guidance sessions.

<APU Information System>
Please refer to the “BEGINNER'S GUIDE for students” regarding Information Systems and IT support at APU. If you have questions, please ask at the Information System Guidance during the orientation.

<Prepare a laptop>
APU encourages BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) in which students bring their own devices to the university.
Since tablets such as i-Pads and personal smartphones have limitations in the software that can be used with them, we recommend the use of a laptop computer.

<Issuance of APU Account (ID) and Password>
You will need your APU account login details (APU user ID and password) to access all of APU’s systems, including your APU email, Campus Terminal (Online Bulletin Board) , Zoom, and for online course registration. Information about this user ID and password notification will be sent to your e-mail registered with the university on the evening of March 27.
Students may access their APU email as soon as you receive your user ID and password. Access to Campus Terminal (Online Bulletin Board) will be available from April 1.

We look forward to welcoming you to APU!
