Tuition Fee Support Program for Households with Multiple Children

This program will begin in April 2025 as an expansion of the government’s "New Higher Education Support System." It provides tuition and admission fee support for households that meet the criteria for program.
For the 2025 academic year, all new and current students should check the application method via the "Application Procedure Here" link below.
Program Details

Admission fee reduction (200,000 yen, only for students eligible for this program from the month of admission)

Tuition fee reduction (up to 700,000 yen annually)
You must first pay the tuition fees in full the semester you apply. The university will refund the reduction amount later (Spring Semester Applicants: in mid-October / Fall Semester Applicants: in mid-February). You will receive a tuition invoice that reflects the tuition reduction amount from the following semester.

Eligibility Assessment (academics and family finances) will be conducted annually. If students don’t meet the criteria support may be suspended. In cases of significantly poor academic performance, repayment of the scholarship may be required.
