① Submit registration documents to the Outreach and Research Office 1 month prior to the start of your activities

② Approval of the organization
The representative(s) of the organization will be informed via APU e-mail in regards to whether the approval has been granted usually within one week (excluding holidays) of the above documents being submitted. |

③ Submit the following documents via Wawa Office, start activities
*You will not be able to use campus facilities until your member list has been approved. |

④ Apply 2 weeks before the day of the event Submit an Event Application via Wawa Office, start activities. |
