Registration for Autonomous Events (Type A)

Students

Submit registration documents to the Outreach and Research Office 1 month prior to the start of your activities

Submit your documents via the survey below:
Type A: Autonomous Event Application Survey
*If the information in the documents is insufficient, you may be asked to resubmit the Detailed Activity Plan and/or Budget Planning and Financial Report Form. If there are many items to confirm, a certain amount of time will be required before your application is approved.

Approval of the organization

The representative(s) of the organization will be informed via APU e-mail in regards to whether the approval has been granted usually within one week (excluding holidays) of the above documents being submitted.
In principle, subsidy results will be given at the time of organization approval, but if detailed information about the project is required, we may not be able to immediately announce the results of the subsidy.

Submit the following documents via Wawa Office, start activities

    apu-online registration form (Your project will be introduced in the Student Activity Guide after you apply.)

*You will not be able to use campus facilities until your member list has been approved.
*Student organizations will submit receipts after their activities but please make sure to read the instructions regarding receipts on the webpage below:
