*2 The Yokoyama English Award was established through a generous endowment by Professor YOKOYAMA Kenji, Dean of the College of International Management, with the aim of encouraging Japanese basis students to strive to improve their English ability in their first year, to encourage these students to discover the many different ways it is possible to learn at this university, and to cultivate human resources who can be internationally active in the future.

*3 The Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund Scholarship is a research scholarship currently offered in major universities in approximately 45 countries around the world for graduate students conducting research in the social sciences or humanities subjects.
