Ambassador of Fiji to Japan visits APU

On November 1, 2022, from the Embassy of the Republic of Fiji in Japan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Filimone Waqabaca and First Secretary Ms. Kelera R. Savu visited APU and met with President Deguchi, Dean of the College of Asia Pacific Studies as well as the Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies, Yoichiro Sato, and other faculty members in charge of student recruitment. Currently, APU has four students from the Republic of Fiji, including three graduate students. During the meeting, the group discussed concrete measures to strengthen cooperation in educational activities between the Republic of Fiji and APU, and advice on student recruitment.
