The Multicultural Weeks are signature cultural events at APU, where students from over 100 countries and regions come together to celebrate diversity. Each week focuses on a specific country or region, with student groups preparing for weeks to introduce traditional cultures, cuisine, and more over the course of one week. During the event, the campus is adorned with decorations reflecting each theme and filled with vibrant performances, interactive workshops, and food stalls.

In the Spring Semester of 2026, a total of eight Multicultural Weeks were held, featuring seven countries and regions — Malaysia, Pacific Islands, Myanmar, Cambodia, Africa and Bangladesh — alongside Turks and Slav Week.

Multicultural Weeks are entirely organized by students, who handle everything from recruiting participants to planning, execution, and fundraising. Some students participate in organizing the week dedicated to their home country, while others, regardless of their nationality, get involved in organizing the week for a country they have an affinity with. It is an event where a diverse array of students come together as one, embodying the spirit of diversity and inclusion at APU.
