The Chinese Week parade will exhibit a combiniton of Chinese traditional culture and modern culture by showing Chinese Han Dynasty dance, Kung Fu performance, and modern pop dance.
"Night Fair" 17:55 - 19:30 @APU Cafeteria
China Song Dynasty Night Fair aims at recreating the atmosphere of a Chinese night fair, usually experienced by Chinese people during traditional festivals. The night fair will not only include performances ranging from singing and dancing, but also free Chinese traditional snacks and soups.
"Chinese Speech Contest" 14:00 - 15:50 @TBA
This speech contest aims at encouraging students who are learning Chinese to practice their speaking skills in Chinese. Participants will be demonstrating their opinons about China or Chinese culture.
"Chinese Cuisine Class" 15:30 - 18:00 @AP Kitchen
Chinese students will teach foreign students how to make wonton, Chinese pancakes, and pepper beef.
"Guest Speaker Speech" 16:05 - 17:40 @Convention Hall
We have invited Mr. Xujingbo, representitive of Chinese Economics News, to APU as a guest speaker. This will give APU students a valuable chance to learn about the role of the new generation in the development of China and Japan relations.
Grand Show “The Butcher, the Chef, and the Swordsman” 18:30 - (doors open 18:00)@Millennium Hall
A story of the best sword in ancient China. From the birth of the sword until its end, three stories take place, reflecting on the three basic concepts in Buddism: Greediness, anger, and infatuation. This show will include traditional dances, lion dance, and Chinese musical instrument performances.

This space will be decorated in the style of a traditional Chinese school, and will feature a tea corner, costume booth, fan painting booth and more.
