Venue:

The Spring 2022 Entrance Ceremony for new students will be held in person with thorough measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In addition, new students who are unable to enter Japan by the date of the entrance ceremony due to border restrictions are invited to attend online via Zoom.
Those who attending the ceremony in person are required to register in advance.
Details about the registration, ceremony and how to attend via Zoom are noticed on a special content web page “AY 2022 Spring Semester New Student Orientation”.

  • New students have the option to attend the entrance ceremony either on Zoom or in person. However, the ceremony may be moved to online only depending on the situation with the pandemic.
  • Those who attending the ceremony in person are required to register in advance.
  • Details about the registration, ceremony and how to attend via Zoom are noticed on a special content web page “AY 2022 Spring Semester New Student Orientation”.
  • The entrance ceremony will be livestreamed on Facebook Live and YouTube Live. Family and friends who will not be at the venue can join us there.
