We're excited to invite you to the premiere of "Veil", a short film shot right here at APU!
Some of the actors and the director will join us for a special talk after the film.

This event is open to everyone - APU students, faculty, staff, and the general public.

** About the Film **
"Veil" is a love story about a Japanese student and an international student at APU.
The story focuses on "microaggressions" (small, often unintentional acts of discrimination), and how people from different cultures try to understand each other.
It's a touching story about love, culture, and personal growth.

** About the Beppu Short Film Project **
This film is part of a project where famous directors make short films in Beppu.
For "Veil", over 50 APU students joined auditions, more than 100 students and staff helped as cast and crew.
The film was created with the strong support of the APU community.
