Attendance Limit for the Ceremony Hall

Should attendance by family and other guests exceed the capacity of the venue, some attendees may be asked to view the ceremony via a live stream from an alternative location on campus. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation..

We respectfully request that attendees use public transportation when traveling to the university. Please refrain from coming by private vehicle.

As public transportation is expected to be particularly busy immediately before the ceremony, we recommend allowing ample time for your journey and arrival.

The ceremony will also be livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube.
