Come along to the “World Festival” at Wakakusa Park (Oita City) and experience the multicultural APU environment.

The World Festival includes a range of events designed to let the people of Oita see, taste and experience the different cultures of the world.
One of the main attractions, the “World Gourmet Fes.”, is a “global” variant of the B-Grade Gourmet Festival. Your votes will decide the grand-prix winner from among the foods on sale by students.

True to the festival’s name, the program features a range of cultural experience events including stage performances by Chinese, Korean, Indonesian and Vietnamese groups. Event-goers will also have the opportunity to try on traditional folk costumes. Come along and see, taste and experience some global culture!
