Going from a world-class level to students from around the world “Choosing Kansai”Using International Students in Promoting the Rejuvenation of the Kansai Region
The Asia Pacific region attracts world-class human resources, things, money and information and Japan is creating a magnetic field for the transmission and receiving of information proportionate to the size of its nation’s economy. It is time for us to once more think over and deepen our understanding of this concept. Interest in the Asia Pacific region is growing around the world and moving on this now could lead to strengthening the influence we have at a global level.
This event is being held to commemorate the cooperation between APU and Think-tank APIR in sharing their founding concepts as they strive to rejuvenate the Kansai region by getting students from around the world “Choosing Kansai”. After the signing of the cooperative agreement a panel discussion will be held, during which intellectuals from various fields will offer suggestions regarding the rejuvenation of the region through the fostering of global human resources. We look forward to your attendance at this event.
