Further, Paris Agreement was adopted at the 21st Conference of the Parties (COP21) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) at Paris in December. Thus, a circumstance surround the development is significantly changing, and the role of development cooperation is also reviewed.
