APU Social Collaboration Seminar: What I Learned in Uganda about Work that Creates Peace
This event has concluded.
Tuesday, June 11, 2024 14:20 - 16:00
APU J203 / Online delivery
This talk will be given by a former NGO fellow (and current APU student) who has spent the year 2023/24 in Uganda, sharing her experiences of agricultural self-reliance support implemented in the region. She will speak about the realities of Uganda, which is still in an unstable political and economic environment due to conflict and a turbulent global economy.
Through this lecture, let's broaden our knowledge of the socio-economic life of the people in Easr Africa and Japanese NGO support for their issues, which are not well known in Japan.
