In 2017, APU began a new initiative to support student extracurricular activities. These activities are categorized into three types: Type A: Autonomous Events, Type B: Selected Project, and Type C: Enterprise & NPO Co-create Project. Students can receive support based on the type of their activity.
Projects selected as Type B: Selected Project will be introduced in this gallery.
These are creative and exceptional endeavors that cultivate cross-cultural receptivity and collaborative skills to play an active role in the international community. Selected projects should also use knowledge gained from the classroom to contribute to society. Selected projects will receive strong support from the Student Office, including training and feedback to enhance planning and management skills, as well as financial support.
Six groups were selected in 2023 fall semester : APU Community Garden, APU Debaters, APU Food Pantry IRODORI, Break the Cycle, Genect, MyPlate Project
